The patch that you can find here adds support for Bulcrypt CAS.

This patch should be applied on top of OSCAM SVN 6613 but since it is not
changing a lot of code outside of the new file reader-bulcrypt.c it can be
applied to pretty much any OSCAM version.

The Bulcrypt reader is also added to bulcrypt branch at https://github.com/gfto/oscam

The patch is submitted to OSCAM and should appear in OSCAM SVN shortly.
